Space Rental Fees

Space rental fees are required to book any event. Note that space rental fees do not include audio-visual support, public safety, or facility services.

Production Fees

We invite commercial and documentary companies to consider the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center as a production location. All commercial and documentary productions are subject to additional fees including space rental, public safety, and facility support fees, based on the scope of work.

Public Safety & Facilities

Security and facility services at the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center are provided by the City College of New York (CCNY) campus. Staffing is determined during an internal review of the event request. If applicable, an estimate will be provided in advance. Please note there is a four-hour minimum for staffing. Catered events and events lasting longer than two hours will require additional charges.

Public Safety:

  • CSA: $22.04/hour
  • CPO: $29.37/hour
  • SGT: $36.16/hour

Facilities:

  • Custodian: $29/hour
  • Supervisor: $32/hour
  • Laborer: $34/hour
  • Plumber: $98/hour
  • Electrician: $77/hour
